bem, aparentemente (honestamente não sabia) a NBA está num impasse relativamente a regras que são exigidas pelas equipas e jogadores. Assim, não estão autorizadas transferências entre outras cenas... (muito informativo, né??? :P)

well, apparelty, (I honestly didn't know) the NBA is at a standoff regarding the rules demanded by the teams and players. So, no transfers are allowed amonst other stuff... (very informative, right? :P)
